Arlene started working as a domestic worker at my home late
November of 2013. She is valuable to me not only where household
chores are concerned but with my 3-month-old baby too. Due to her
continuous efforts, my house always remained clean, clothes were
neatly hung, ironed, or folded. Most importantly (due to that being my
firstborn) I have extremely high expectations of my baby's cleanliness and
hygiene, which is crucial. There is no praise bigger

Her main job was to look after the baby and housekeeping. She learned the cooking from Grandma. She returned to the Philippines as she needed to attend to her child. Her first employer in Singapore has given a good reference about Arlene.

Employer 2: 21/08/2019 TO 02/08/2021—She worked for a Chinese family in a condo. She served a couple and grandparents, and she looked after two children aged 4 and 9. Her duties were mainly taking care of kids and housekeeping. She also learned to cook from her granny. She finished her contract.

Employer 3 02/08/2021 TO 22/08/2021- She is supposed to work for a German / Chinese from China and to look after a 4-month-old baby. However, some things were not discussed during the interview.

Employer 4 10/09/2021 TO 2022- She worked for an Indian family in a condo, Serving a very busy couple, so Arlene is the one who is taking care of the 2 children ages 7 years old and 1 year old, She does housework like cleaning, ironing, washing clothes with the help of another helper. The other helper is the one who does the cooking. She asked for a transfer because she wanted to work alone, not with another helper.
2022 to 2024 March-- She worked for a Chinese employer, stayed in a condo apartment, and served for a couple and 6 months baby, her duties were to take care of the baby, and all housework like cleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing, cooking and washing the car, she has completed her contract and then went back to the Philippines so that she can arrange the docs for her children scholarship, now she is ready to come again to Singapore.
