CITA IS 43 YEARS OLD, MARRIED WITH 2 CHILDREN AGES 21 AND 8 YEARS OLD. SHE HAS BEEN WORKING AS A DOMESTIC HELPER FROM 2004.

YEAR 2004 TO 2015- She was working for an Arabian family in an villa or bungalow type of house. The family consists of a couple and they have 3 kids from 1 to 7 years old. She also worked with 2 helpers. Her main job was to take care of the 7 years old and cooking. After 11 years she has decided to quit and applied to work in Singapore.

FROM 24 JUN 2016 TO 28 OCT 2020- She was working for an American / Danish family, When she started working, they were staying in a condo and moved to a 3 storey house after 2 years. The family left Singapore and they gave her a reference letter. Saying:

Cita (43) has been with our family since 2016 and has been such a blessing. From day 1 she bonded with our family, cooked amazing meals, and kept our house tidy. One of Cita’s biggest strengths is taking care of/entertaining. My kids were 4 months, 7 & 9 when she joined us and she could entertain them for hours while multi-tasking. We left SG due to Covid Cita stayed on to take care of our home and was able to work with our on boarding family. She was able to independently care for their pre-teen daughter, she’s such a natural with children and handles with love, kindness and fun (my kids miss her so much!) Another winning quality is that Cita cooks all our meals (Scandinavian foods, lasagna, Middle eastern, Curries, Western, she can cook anything and can follow a recipe well). Cita gets a lot of household chores done and I rarely need to follow up with her on duties. Prior to Covid, Cita traveled with our family to Denmark, Norway, Germany, Austria, Malaysia and UK. She is flexible if things come up and always gets it done. In her entire time with us, she has always been 100% reliable and trustworthy. She is a really good human being. Some things I have learned throughout the years is that at times I do speak too quickly and misunderstandings can happen. Cita’s English is good but if you want to ensure she understands something a bit more complex, it’s best to send via WhatsApp so she has it in writing to avoid any confusion. Cita would prefer to stay with a family (with young children) Cita (who is from Philippines ) is Christian is ok in joining a family with pets. She gets all Sundays and public holidays off. Her salary is reasonable per month and we give her an annual bonus (extra month salary). She eats what we eat and is free to get whatever she’d like when she goes grocery shopping for our family.

FROM 28 OCT 2020 UP TO DATE- she is working for a Swedish family in a condo. She is serving a couple and she is looking after 11 years old girl. The family has a cat that she also look after. She does all the housheold chores, such as cleaning the house, cleaning windows, marketing, cooking, taking care of the cat, washing clohtes, ironing etc. The family has decided not to hire a full time helper because the gilr is now 15 years old and her madam is not working. The family is able to provide a reference if required.
