Josie is 34 years old, a high school graduate, and a mother of 4 children ages 12, 10, 7 and 1 years old. Her mother, and her sister and SIL are taking care of her kids. She took care of her children when they were born. Josie is patient, humble, kind, and loving towards children. Josie is an independent and responsible helper too.

Josie worked as a tourist guide in Tanay Rizal from August 2017 to Mat 2018 while she was waiting for her job offer in the Middle East. She also followed the itinerary given by her supervisor. Usually, she will guide 5-7 people.

Josie worked from August 2018 to January 2022 in Saudi Arabia. Her employer was an Arabian family and they were staying in a landed property. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 toilets. She served a couple ages 75 and 56 years old and they have 9 children. They were 20, 17, 15, 12, and 9 years old and the other 4 married children were not staying with them. However, every Friday they will be back to gather. When they gave birth, Josie looked after their newborns for a month. For the entire duration of her work, she looked after three newborns for a month each. Not at the same time. Her duties included taking care of the children if they were around and all housework, helping her Madam in preparation like slicing the vegetables, washing the dishes, ironing, laundry, and listing groceries for delivery. Josie worked for four years, trained the new helper, and then she left for good.

CURRENTLY, Josie has been working for a CHINESE FAMILY since Feb 2024 until now. She is serving a couple and their 3 grown-up children aged 18, 20, and 21 years old. They are staying in a 3-storey house. It has 5 bedrooms and 7 toilets. She is working with another Filipino helper. They shared the housework like housekeeping, cleaning the house, washing the toilets, car washing, and taking care of the dog a golden retriever. The other helper cooks very well and she will only cook if the other helper is not available. and cooking. She can cook wanton soup, spanish omelet, stir fry vegetables, fried chicken, chicken curry, fried bee hoon, spaghetti, adobo, caldereta, macaroni soup, salad, sinigang and she can follow recipe and she is willing to learn.
ROD: SHE REQUESTED TO TRANSFER BECAUSE SHE FINDS THAT THE OTHER HELPER IS DOMINATING AND SHOWING LONG FACE TOWARD HER. THERE IS NO HARMONY WORKING WITH THE OTHER HELPER. THE OTHER HELPER HAS BEEN WITH THE FAMILY FOR MORE THAN 6 YEARS NOW. HOWEVER, SHE IS STILL WILLING TO WORK WITH OTHER HELPER.
