The family consists of Granpa who is blind due to an accident, Sir and Madam, and their 2 grown-up children. And looked after a dog. She did all the household chores such as cleaning the house, marketing and cooking, washing clothes, and ironing. She knows how to cook Chinese, Malay, and Japanese food. She learned how to cook Japanese food because the children love to eat. She learned it from following the recipes on YouTube. She is very confident with her cooking skills. She almost finished her contract and went back to the Philippines because the family moved back to Malaysia and she would like to visit her family too. But the pandemic came and she was stuck in the Philippines.

Employer 2 13/09/2023 to 26/02/2024 - She was working for a Chinese Malaysian family in a condo. She was serving 7 people in the house. The family consists of a couple and their 14, 11, and 7-year-old children. In the 4th month, the grandparents came and stayed with them. She cleaned the house, cleaned the windows, washed the toilets, prepared the school bags and uniforms of the kids, cooked for the family, marketing, washed the clothes and ironed. Before the grandparents came, she had no problem with the family. The grandma was not treating her nicely. She didn't have enough food to eat and the grandma was always angry with her and shouted at her. She asked to transfer but the grandma said she should be sent back home and her employer did.
