Richel Joy is 43 years old, married, and blessed with a daughter, who is 4 years old now. Her husband works as a deliveryman, her father is a farmer, and her mother is a plain housewife. She is the eldest among the 4 siblings. She is a high school graduate. She would like to work overseas to help her husband financially to save for a better future for their child. Her husband's earnings are just enough for their daily needs, and sometimes they won't meet their needs.

YEAR 2015 TO 2019 - She works for a Filipino family in a bungalow-type house. She was employed primarily to take care of a newborn baby, and the household came secondary. She cleaned the house, washed and ironed clothes, went to the market/grocery, and cooked. She can cook like Inasal (Grilled Chicken), Bulalo (Beef soup), Lumpia (Spring Roll), Sinigang (Sour Pork/Fish Soup), Tinolang manok/isda ( Chicken/Fish Soup), Tortang Talong (Egg with Eggplant Omelet, Arroz Caldo (porridge), Batchoy, Pinakbet (Stir-fried mix vegetables), Fried fish/chicken, Spaghetti, Adobo, Beef steak, Fried noodles/beehoon, Chicken curry, and she can follow recipes.
When taking care of newborn babies, she knows how to bathe them, change clothes, change diapers, make milk, feed the baby, burp the baby after drinking milk, put the baby to sleep, sing lullaby songs, and sing nursery rhymes. When the baby gets bigger, she knows how to play with them, cook/make snacks, feed, give water, read ABCs, and count 123s together with them. After 4 years of working, she stopped to get married and started her own family.
