JOAN is 38 years old, a single mom, and her son is now 15 years old. She is a High School graduate. Joan is responsible and a hardworking type of person.

Employer 1 14/01/2023 to 28/08/2025 - She was working for a Chinese family in a condo. She was serving a couple and took care of a 7-year-old, and a 1-year-old child. In the mornings, she would prepare breakfast for the elder child, snacks, a water bottle, bathe her, change her into their school uniform, feed her, and the parents would drop her off at school, and Joan would fetch her in the afternoon with the baby. The school is just a walking distance from their condo. When they had left, she would do the cleaning of the house, do laundry, and prepare what to cook for dinner. She would only do the housework while the baby was still sleeping. At 4 pm, she would fetch the eldest daughter from school. When they reached home, she would bathe the children and change into home clothes, play with them for a while, and cook dinner and set the table for dinner. After dinner, she would clean the table, wash the dishes, clean the kitchen, do the ironing if there were clothes to iron, and prepare the school uniforms and school bags of the children before she would prepare for going to bed. She can cook Chinese dishes like, Chinese chicken wings, Honey sesame chicken, Steamed fish with ginger, Broccoli and chicken stir fry, Teriyaki chicken stir fry, and is able to follow recipes.
Joan had finished her contract and renewed it in January 2025. However, she needed to go back as her mother is sick. After a month, she can come back and work, but her employer cannot wait for her.
