Angelica (Angie) is 27 years old, married with 1 child aged 7 years old. High school graduate from Laoag, Ilocos Sur province. She has 5 siblings, and she's 4th in the family. Angie worked as a helper in the Philippines and would like to work abroad so that she can earn enough to build her own house and have a better salary compared to her current one in the Philippines. Angie has one sister in Singapore, also working as a domestic helper. Angie is aware that when she works in Singapore, she knows what the employer's expectations are.
During my personal interview with Angie, she showed her interest in being a domestic helper. She is soft spoken, then confident.

In the Year 2015 to 2017- She worked in the Philippines as a helper, working for a Filipino family staying in a bungalow house. Served for 5 people in the house, a couple who are both working, and 3 children ages 3 ( twins, both girls), and then a 16-year-old. Angie was working with 2 more helpers. Angie was assigned to take care of one of the twins, and another maid took care of the other twins. 3 of them helped each other to do the housework, cooking, and marketing. Angie is taking care of the children, like showering, feeding, playing, and so on.

Angie is confident in cooking Filipino food and can follow recipes on YouTube. She can cook like chicken adobo with potato and carrots, chicken soup with carrots, potato and corn, chicken curry with vegetables, stir fry sliced chicken breast with broccoli, fried chicken, pork adobo with dried mushroom, stew pork ribs with potatoes, pork bone soup with corn, potato, and carrots, stir fry vegetables with minced pork or beef, any kind of pasta with bolognese sauce etc. Can follow recipes. Willing to learn from others. She stopped working because she got married.

Angelica's after she got married from 2018 to 2021- got married and looked after her own child.

In Year 2021 to 2025 (Sept) -- worked as a Saleslady is RCC Grocery, selling, promoting, managing inventory, and collecting payments. She stopped work so that she could concentrate on her application to Singapore.

In Year 2017 to 2018, she looked after her 83-year-old grandmother. She was feeding, cooking soft food, changing a diaper, massaging, bringing for a morning walk, talking, playing, bringing for the doctor's check-up, and giving medicine.
